Low Stocks and High Prices
In 2007, stocks are forecast to remain at historical lows as consumption is expected to exceed production for the fourth consecutive year. For 2007, as a whole, prices are forecast to average around US$3580 a tonne, 9 per cent higher than the 2006 average.
