The Directors of Sultan Corporation are delighted to announce the grant of a 25 year exploration and mining lease of the Brskovo Lead and Zinc Complex (MB Project) in Montenegro. This project, estimated to be 20 times larger than our existing New South Wales assets, was acquired on extremely favourable terms.

Further to the recent announcement regarding the potential acquisition of the Concession rights for exploration and exploitation of former “Brskovo” mine and associated zinc/lead deposits near Mojkovac, Montenegro, the Directors of Sultan Corporation wish to inform the market that if the negotiations are successful, the purchase of the Mining Complex is anticipated to be fully funded from Sultan’s existing cash reserves.

Sultan and the Government of Montenegro, Ministry of Economy continue to negotiate and finalise the conditions and obligations under which Sultan Corporation Limited will conduct its activities in Montenegro.

The Directors of Sultan Corporation Limited wish to update Shareholders on the pending Mine Approval for the Peelwood North Mine. It is now estimated that the Mine Approval process will be completed during Quarter 2, 2010.

The short delay in the finalising the submission has occurred as a result of additional requests from NSW Government departments. These requests have resulted in larger than anticipated scope of work being required to complete each component of the Environmental Impact Statement.

The review conducted on existing databases was primarily focussed on gold and has established that a number of significant near surface gold intersections occur at the Isabella prospect.
