  • Mr Derek Lenartowicz

    Managing Director

    Mr. Lenartowicz brings to the Company extensive project development and mining experience gained with major Australian resources companies at a senior management level. He is a mining engineer with significant experience in developing and operating large scale resource projects such as Western Mining’s flagship nickel operation at Mt Keith in Western Australia (1.7 million tones of nickel). Prior to his engagement with Western Mining, he has held senior positions at North Limited and Dominion Mining. Most recently, Mr. Lenartowicz was the Managing Director of View Resources Limited.

  • Mr Ian Hobson

    Company Secretary

    Ian Hobson is a chartered accountant with in excess of 20 years experience working with major accounting firms in Perth, London and Toronto. Ian has specialised in the reconstruction of public companies and substantial private group entities as well as due diligence, valuations, loss qualifications, independent account reports and transactional services. Ian’s experience encompasses various industries including technology, mining, manufacturing, retail, professional services and financial services.




     

  • Mr Jimmy Lee

    Non-Executive Director

    Mr Lee is currently Non-Executive Director of Sultan Corporation Limited (base metals) and formerly Non-Executive Director of Terrain Minerals (gold), both of which are publicly listed Australian companies registered and trading on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX). 

    Mr Lee has significant knowledge of the Phosphate industry and is regarded as specialist in the area. His experience was gained as Operations Manager and then General Manager of Christmas Island Phosphates.

    He has as a successful track record at contract negotiations and company investment strategies. As General Manager of Carey Mining Pty Ltd his responsibilities included contract management; company finance, general management and business development.

    Mr Lee has successfully worked with a number of major Australian resources companies and has held senior positions with Carey Mining; Christmas Island Phosphates, WMC and North Limited.  



  • Mr Kevin Alexander

    Chief Geologist

    Kevin is a geologist with 25 years experience in the exploration and mining of base metals, gold and diamonds in Australia, Indonesia, Russia, Kazakhstan and Armenia.

    He has held a number of senior geological management positions and has considerable exposure to projects ranging from pre-feasibility stage through to advanced development and operating mines.

  • Mr Milos Bosnjakovic

    Non-Executive Director

    Mr Bosnjakovic is currently the Managing Director of MBL Construction (residential development); Executive Chairman of MB Point Pty Ltd (building construction) and was the former Managing Director of Globe Trade (New Zealand).

    He has developed MBL Construction from ground level into a company with a net worth of $5 million, annual turnover of $60 million and employing over 100 contractors and permanent staff.

    Mr Bosnjakovic possesses extensive knowledge in project development/management, financial control and contract negotiations.  As a former practicing Lawyer, he has a high level of competency in all aspects of business and company law.
