Change of Non-Executive Director

The Directors of Sultan Corporation Limited are pleased to announce that Mr. Zoran Kovacev
has joined the board of directors of the company.
Mr. Kovacev has worked for over 16 years in the mining industry in various Senior
Manegement roles. Mr Kovacev is currently consulting as a Senior Engineering Geologist
and Operations Manager. His combined knowledge and experience is a great asset for
Sultan Corporation.
