Further to the recent announcement regarding the potential acquisition of the Concession rights for exploration and exploitation of former “Brskovo” mine and associated zinc/lead deposits near Mojkovac, Montenegro, the Directors of Sultan Corporation wish to inform the market that if the negotiations are successful, the purchase of the Mining Complex is anticipated to be fully funded from Sultan’s existing cash reserves.
Sultan and the Government of Montenegro, Ministry of Economy continue to negotiate and finalise the conditions and obligations under which Sultan Corporation Limited will conduct its activities in Montenegro.
